Best Western Maritime Inn

An older hotel but everything in the room and grounds was in good repair. Nice that the secure doors stayed secure, nice electronic key cards. Have stayed there three times for the last two months, 2 days each time. One time, my mother had left behind an envelope she needed and they kept the envelope secured and I headed back to retrieve it. Everything in the envelope was still there. Respectable breakfast early in the morning and plenty of variety to choose from, depending on ur taste. Very honorable workers for having the envelope returned untouched! Will stay there each time I have to go to sturgeon bay, as long as they have room. Very busy hotel during the workweek as a lot of construction and road workers have a tendency to stay there because of their reasonable rates and a fairly quiet neighborhood. All this amongst a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart and convenience stores. Couldn’t ask for much more! Love you guys of Best Western Maritime Inn!! Thank you!! Ps. Loved our stay here while visiting Door County! The rooms were clean and of good size. Great location. Amenities included a large, heated indoor pool and HOT TUB! The breakfast was delicious every morning, with waffles, eggs, sausages, and much more. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

This Best Western location is our go to hotel for when we come to Door County. Since it’s in Sturgeon Bay it’s substantially more affordable than staying in Egg Harbor, Sister Bay, etc. We’ve never had any issues with our stays. Always have had a clean room, easy check in and check out process, and it’s in a good location.

Nice location just north of the Sturgeon Bay town center. Good value and they put work into the fully stocked & free continental breakfast bar in the morning - many options! Also has an indoor pool and a comfy seating area in the lobby in front of a fire place.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were large and clean. The only problem was the breakfast buffet. The lady working at the breakfast buffet wore the same gloves without changing them between activities. She messed with the garbage/garbage can and brought bagels and other food out without changing them. She was touching everything with the same gloves she used with the garbage and cleaning rags. It was very unhygienic.

The front desk employee was great! The room and rest of hotel is very clean . Very well equipped room .

Overall this hotel was solid. The room and everything to go along with it was clean and fresh. The check in and check out processes were easy breezy. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. The continental breakfast was good, except the lady in charge wasn't always wearing gloves.
